What Don’t You Want?

One thing we all know real fast and easy is what we do not want! Ask yourself this question, what do you want, about anything and your answer will very often be something like, “Well I know what I don’t want, I don’t want to be poor, unhealthy and unable to ……” whatever it is you enjoy doing.

Learning how to focus on the what do I wants rather than the what I don’t wants is the biggest accomplishment for most of us. Surprisingly enough, however, when we do know what we want and we even know certain steps we could take to get there, we can still fail. Why is that? The common answer is the world is against me and I’m destined to never get the things I want the most. In truth though is even simpler than that and you have the power to correct it!

Our training, programing since childhood has left us with a reel playing in our subconscious minds that controls the very outcome of everything we have and don’t have. This includes wealth and health! So you ask, this programing can effect us forever? Only if we let it. There are clearing techniques that can change the very way you feel about things that you have felt since childhood, it’s amazing. Here is an example, if we were told forever that money isn’t in our genetics, no one in our family has ever been rich and never will be because our family is cut from a different cloth then those folks that “have”, then most likely this will be true for us. Our subconscious mind will look for that, look for the truth we were told! We may actually accumulate wealth but then lose it because we are so focused on trying to keep it. Our subconscious mind is looking for that way to lose it, making our programing true.

We will always find what we are looking for, including health. If we have “inherited” health issues or developed them due to our occupation or environment and this is the tale told over and over to our subconscious mind then, yes, this will be our truth. However, we can start looking for a different truth and reprogram our subconscious mind to heal us, keep us healthy and become a different norm from our heredity. I now remember a man that I knew years ago that was very healthy. He ran daily, played basket ball all weekend, ate right and preached supplements benefits etc. He was the picture of health and yet he focused constantly on cancer. Cancer was his one great fear. He was so consumed with not getting cancer that the very thing he focused on happened. We lost this man way too soon to cancer. Do I actually believe he gave it to himself because of his fears? I believe that was a very big component and also the reason that his “fight” to be cured also didn’t work. Since then I have seen similar situations as well as those that cleared up, went away, healed because of a change in focus

Science has proven that we actually are able to change our genes, change our DNA and cure or fix whatever we were getting or already had. We can look up study after study on how this has been discovered. It’s nothing short of a miracle that we have been just sitting on forever. There are several ways to do this and none of them are hard, they just require a little bit of our time each day. I’m talking minutes, not hours. The amount of control we actually have is beyond our imagination but definitely in our reach!

The biggest trick however is to determine what it is that we want so we focus on that and not the what we don’t want’s. Reach out when you’re ready to learn more and try some clearing methods out for yourself, by knowing what you don’t want we will figure out exactly what you DO want!
